It is common knowledge these days that green tea is great for you, but what are the exact benefits and what is the best way to brew it?
Green tea has many health benefits including:

- The antioxidants in green tea help to keep your body healthy. Though the scientific evidence is mixed, it is believed by some that the properties in green tea help to fight off a whole list of cancers and lower the risk of heart attack.

- Green tea can be taken on the go with a reusable tea cup.
So how do we make a great cuppa?
We recommend staying on the cooler side when it comes to preparing the water for green tea. Usually around 65 Celsius - 70 Celsius. Trying to use slightly colder water will ensure your green tea does not taste a bit bitter or even grassy.
With all teas, it is hard to give exact and optimal steeping times. Different tea will need different amounts of time. As a guide, we suggest steeping green tea for 2-4 minutes.
