It is common to hear these days that green tea is great for you, but what are the exact benefits and what is the best way to brew it?

So how do we make a great cuppa?
We recommend staying on the cooler side when it comes to preparing the water for green tea. Usually around 65 Celsius - 70 Celsius. Trying to use slightly colder water will ensure your tea does not taste bitter or even grassy.
With all teas, it is hard to give exact and optimal steeping times. Different tea will need different amounts of time. As a guide, we suggest steeping tea for 2-4 minutes.
